If you are a Real Estate person and interested in listing/selling units located in the Treetops at Brandon Condominium complex it is important that you discuss with prospective clients before showing them a unit, that is for sale, the Treetops “Rules” that must be compiled with for all people who occupy units at Treetops. If a prospective buyer cannot comply with the rules they should not be shown a Treetops unit. Treetops rule limiting dog size to 50 pounds should be told to all prospective buyers. If a “Open House” is held during the selling process a copy of the “Treetops Rules” should be available during the open house for prospective buyers to view. No signs will be permitted except for a single “For Sale” sign, which may be placed on the inside of the front window or front door of the unit involved. No banners, yard signs, or signs at the entrance to Treetops are permitted. Also note that anyone purchasing a Treetops unit is required to meet with a member or manager of Treetops Board before moving into their new unit.

If you have a real estate client/buyer who is interested in purchasing a unit for the purpose of renting the unit the Treetops at Brandon Condo Assoc Board discourages you from so doing. There is a resolution currently under consideration that the number of units that can be used for rental be limited. So before investing you should investigate the limitations on renting.
If as a unit owner who leases your unit (which shall be for a term not less than six months), your tenant must be made familiar with the Covenants and By-Laws of the Association so that you are protected against your tenant’s inadvertent violation of them through ignorance. The renter must abide by all the Rules and Regulations. You, not your tenant, are held responsible to the Association for your tenant’s behavior. A copy of all lease agreements must be sent to the Management Company.
