Treetops at Brandon is a condominium community located off Brandonway Drive in Dublin, Ohio. It was constructed in 1987-88 on 18 wooded acres. There are 22 buildings, each having 4 units, for a total of 88 separate, individually owned condos. The units range from 2100+ to 2600+ sq. ft. The property is maintained by the Treetops at Brandon Owner Association Board. Each unit pays a monthly Association fee based on their unit size. The current fees range from $300 to $360 per month. As with all condominium communities, the Board and the owners have established By-Laws and Rules. These rules, which owners must comply with, can be viewed by clicking on the link below.
If you are considering the purchase of a unit at Treetops, you should be aware of the rules and bylaws before you make your commitment. Investors/Renters: If you are considering the purchase of a unit for sale for the purpose of renting the unit the Treetops at Brandon Condo Assoc Board discourages you from so doing. There is a resolution currently under consideration that the number of units that can be used for rental be limited. So before investing you should investigate the limitations on renting.
Current unit renter’s: Although you are living at Treetops at Brandon you are not a unit owner therefore you will only be allowed access to the Treetops at Brandon website “Public” page
