If you are interested in purchasing or renting/leasing (minimum of 6 months) a Treetops at Brandon unit, you should review the Treetops Condo Assoc “Rules” before making a commitment as all owners and renters/lease must comply with these rules while living in Treetops. Click on the link below to view the “Rules” Also any new unit owner at Treetops must hold a meeting with a member/manager of Treetops Board before/shortly after moving into their new unit. Treetops has a rule that dogs over 50 pounds are not allowed.
